As I mentioned in an earlier post “This time last year” my first art show was the 2007 “Fall into the Arts” show and sale in historic downtown Leesburg, VA. I was just notified that I was accepted to participate again this year, so that is certainly good news. I really enjoyed the artists’ reception last year. And since I now know more of the artists who participate in this event, it will be fun to re-connect once again and get scoop on what has happened with everyone in the last year.

I think my strategy will be more like how I planned for the DC Gay Pride Festival in June. Instead of rounding up everything I have available for sale (which would be impossible since many of my pieces are showing in various locations around the county), I’ll take a representation that showcases my variety of work including this piece, “Over the Waterfall,” a 46″ x 20″ acrylic on 3D wood form:
